Welcome to the English 112 Library Tutorial. After taking the Tutorial you should have a better understanding of how to search for articles and books using the University Libraries' web site and databases.
You may complete this from any location, 24/7. There are 20 questions which should take you no more than one hour to complete. Though you will be asked to do work in another browser window, you must keep the tutorial window open at all times or you will lose your answers and have to start the tutorial over. You may want to jot your answers down on a scrap piece of paper as you go along just in case you accidentally close out of the Tutorial window. If this should happen--no worries. You may start the Tutorial over and take it as many times as you would like.
If you are accessing the tutorial from off the campus network, you will need your P00 number handy. You will also need a Library PIN. Read more about how to set up a Library PIN. Once you have completed the Tutorial, you will need to print out your answer sheet that will have your name printed on it and turn it into your instructor. Please enter your first name, your last name, and your BGSU email user name below. Then select your professor’s name. Click on the “Start Tutorial” button.
